Emma passed away. Her son Michael is the sole heir. He is faced with a complex situation: Emma was very active online, but never talked about her digital accounts.

Michael does not know which services she used, or whether she held financial assets online (cryptocurrencies, investment platforms). He does not know where to look for: social media, cloud, messaging, subscriptions, digital wallets… Without information or access, Michael risks losing part of his mother’s digital legacy.
